How much does shipping cost?

At Solitaire we offer all of our Australian customer’s free delivery within Australia.

Will I receive my order?

How do I track my parcel?

Do I need to sign for the parcel?

Yes, it is a Solitaire policy requirement that you sign for your parcel upon delivery for security reasons. What happens to the parcel if I miss the collection?

Payments

How do I return my purchase?

Please contact the Solitaire staff on 02 61623665 or by email, info@solitairejewellers.com.au Package must be received within 30 days.
Items must be in their original condition, not worn and returned in the original packaging with all the original documentation attached ( diamond certificate, warranty and care booklets). Please include the copy of your returns document and order confirmation email in the package. All returns will be inspected by our Returns department and your refund is subject to their inspection and our refund guidelines being met. 

Refunds

When will I receive my refund?

After your order has been inspected and approved by our Returns Department, we will process your refund within 10 working days of receiving your returned item at our Returns Department. Depending on your financial institution, your refund may take additional time to clear into your account. ! How will I be refunded?

How do I take care of my Solitaire Diamonds? 

Your Solitaire Diamonds have been hand selected for their brilliance and sparkle which is why we recommend you visit us in store every 6 months for your complimentary in store cleaning and check service. This ensures that your diamonds are always looking their best and you know that the integrity and strength of your ring is assured so that you can enjoy life to the fullest. Come and visit us in store at a time convenient to you and we will provide you with our personalised cleaning service.

How can I provide feedback?

Are the gemstones enhanced?

We pride ourselves on being one of the premier stores in Canberra offering completely natural coloured stones which have not been enhanced. 

Do you sell Gift Cards? 
Yes! We are happy to offer all our customers a beautiful Gift Card option for your flexibility and convenience.

Can you do engraving? 
No, unfortunately we do not have the facilities to offer engraving at Solitaire at this time.

Do you offer Lay-bys?
Yes, Solitaire is pleased to offer our in store customers a convenient lay-by service. We require a 25% deposit to commence the Lay-by and the Lay-by duration is three months from the original deposit date. We offer all credit card options, bank transfer or cheque and we offer phone payments for your convenience. *Lay-bys are only eligible for in store customers only. Does Solitaire make jewellery repairs?
Yes, Solitaire offers all major jewellery repairs including rhodium plating, cleaning and resizing. *For in store customers only. For more information please visit us in store or call us on (02) 6162 3665.

We recommend consulting with one of our friendly Customer Service team in store, over the phone (02) 6162 3665 or via email at info@solitairejewellers.com.au.
